We have a few simple house rules that we ask all guests to adhere to:
1. Our permit allows for 3 cars max parked on our driveway at any time. Lake Arrowhead is strict about parking on side streets, and you will be towed if you attempt to park any addtional cars on the property or a side street. Please try to carpool so you don't run into any issues!
2. Quiet hours between 10PM-7AM, per San Bernardino county regulations. We have created a great outdoor space for guests to enjoy, but we ask that after 10PM guests please keep outdoor noise to a minimum, and refrain from yelling or talking loudly and playing loud music. Any guests who violate this regulation are subjected to a $1,000 fine imposed by San Bernardino County.
3. No Parties. If you bring more guests than whats included in the reservation without prior approval, you will be asked to leave without a refund.
4. No pets. We love animals but we have decided not to allow them due to risk of allergies. Sorry Fido!
