Parking
5 cars maximum allowed on the property. Please use garage as much as possible. Be careful to make sure cars are fully in driveway. Overflow parking on Howard Ave is around the corner in front of the gray condos. See image below.

Heating & Cooling
We have dual zoned heating and air conditioning. You fill find Honeywell thermostats in the game room on the first floor and in the hallway on the second floor. Let us know if you need help operating the thermostats.
Televisions
All TVs have Roku. You’ll need to sign into your own subscriptions to apps like Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, etc. to use them.
Fireplaces
Our home has 2 working fireplaces that take wood logs. Instructions for use:
Put logs onto grate
Turn gas key slightly to the left to start gas flow. Do NOT turn more than a smidge or you might lose your arm hair :)
Use the lighter located on or near the mantle to light just in front of the logs
Make sure flue is open. Just below the black vent at the top of the fireplace is a black metal loop that opens and closes the flue. If you can't see the loop, the flue is open.
To turn off, simply turn the gas key to the right.
Please ensure all fireplaces are completely out before leaving the property. We appreciate your help!
Please close the flue when not using the fireplace!
Grill
There is an outdoor grill available for your use. It's powered by propane gas and we do check before each guest arrives that it has sufficient gas for your stay. If it runs out please let us know and we’ll get you a filled propane tank ASAP. We appreciate if you use the grill brush to remove any food or debris after using it.
Master Bedroom Jacuzzi Tub
Our master bedroom jacuzzi tub is so perfect after a long day on the slopes or on the water. We have a just a couple instructions to operate it properly.
Fill the water up PAST the jets before turning on the jets, to avoid water shooting around the room. Trust me, you don't want to see what a mess it will make.
Filling up the jacuzzi uses most of the hot water for one use. Keep that in mind if consecutive baths or showers need to happen.
