Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Interior Design Consultant to help us grow and elevate our portfolio. This hybrid role combines sales outreach, discovery conversations, and design collaboration. You will be the first point of contact for prospective property owners—initiating outreach, conducting discovery calls to understand their pain points, and gauging their willingness to invest in property improvements. Once signed, you’ll also take the lead on interior design projects, helping transform properties into high-performing, guest-ready homes.

Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Identify and research potential property management prospects in our target markets.

  • Conduct cold outreach (text, DM, email, social platforms) to connect with owners.

  • Host discovery calls to:

    • Learn about pain points with current self-management or property managers.

    • Understand owner goals and concerns.

    • Ask about willingness to invest in property enhancements.

  • Document findings and build presentations to close.

Interior Design

  • Lead and collaborate on interior design projects for newly signed properties.

  • Develop design concepts, mood boards, and upgrade recommendations.

  • Source and coordinate furniture, décor, and vendors/contractors.

  • Balance aesthetics with ROI—designing for guest experience and rental performance.

Compensation.

Sales

  • Retainer fee

  • Commission for each property signed

Interior Design

  • Paid hourly (rate to be agreed upon)

  • Opportunities for larger design scopes as portfolio grows

Ideal Candidate

  • Blend of sales confidence and design creativity.

  • Comfortable initiating cold outreach and leading structured discovery calls.

  • Strong background or passion in interior design (professional or self-taught).

  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
