Garage Door

The garage door opens and closes manually. Please use caution opening and closing it, and please do not keep it open if there are strong winds.

Heating and Cooling

We have central heat/AC on the first floor, controlled by the thermostat in the hallway to the bedrooms.

We also have a heat/AC unit in each bedroom upstairs. There is a white remote located in the master bedroom so you can control the temperature. The bottom half the remote slides down to reveal controls. In case you can only find one remote, you can control both units with it, you just need to get close to each unit to control it with that remote. 

There is a heating fan located in each bathroom as well. Please make sure to turn them off when you check out. 

TV Operation

Our TV is connected with Roku. You can sign into your own subscriptions to apps like Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, etc. to use it.

Grill

There is an outdoor grill available for your use. It's powered by propane gas and we do check before each guest arrives that it has sufficient gas for your stay. If it runs out please let us know. Please ensure you leave it clean to avoid any additional cleaning fees.

Indoor Fireplace

Our living room fireplace is wood burning only, there is no gas starter. We have provided lighters in the kitchen drawer for assistance in starting a fire. If you need firewood, gas stations nearby sell wood bundles.

Outdoor Chiminea

Our outdoor Chiminea is wood burning. If there's wood next to the Chiminea, feel free to use it. Otherwise there are gas stations that sell wood for fires. 

Please note, We are in a high risk fire area. Please ensure the Chiminea fire is completely put out when you are finished using it. And if there are any high winds, please refrain from using it until winds are more calm.
