Fireplace

Our home has 1 working fireplace with ceramic logs. It can be used between October and May. It is turned off during the summer. No need for any wood logs. Instructions for use:

• The switch on the front of the logs should be on Auto. 

• Turn timer on the wall to the right of the fireplace and the flame should start. 

• Fireplace is on a timer and will automatically shut off after the set time is completed.
  

Grill

There is an outdoor propane grill available for your use. There is an outdoor gas grill available for your use. There’s a red valve timer you must turn on before turning on the grill. The timer will automatically shut off after the time chosen and the grill will turn off.
