Televisions

All TVs and theater projecter have Roku. You’ll need to sign into your own subscriptions to apps like Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, etc. to use them.

Grill

The outdoor grill has a timer valve that must be turned on for the propane to work. Its located under the grill. It acts as a timer and will turn off when the timer is complete.

Dome Pool

The retractable dome is very easy to use! There is a key hanging along the welcome table in the foyer, leading into the living room. You will need it to unlock the sliding door and stakes that secure into the pavers

  1. Unlock the sliding door and the stake for the first dome section

  2. Pull all stakes up out of the ground

  3. Slowly, using on person on each side of the pool, push each dome section back until the pool is fully uncovered

  4. Please note, the dome sections will shift with heavy winds

  5. Please ensure pool is fully enclosed, stakes are secured, and locked upon departure

  6. No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk

PLEASE NOTE:

PLEASE PUT THE DOME KEY BACK NEAR THE WELCOME TABLE WHENEVER YOU ARE NOT USING IT TO ENSURE IT DOES NOT GET LOST!

DO NOT OPEN THE DOME DURING WINTER MONTHS ROUGHLY NOVEMBER THROUGH MARCH. THIS CAN DAMAGE THE POOL SYSTEM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES. SINCE THIS IS WEATHER AND SEASONAL DEPENDENT, PLEASE REACH OUT IF YOU ARE NOT SURE IF THE POOL DOME IS OK TO REMOVE DURING YOUR STAY.

Sauna

Code to the sauna is 12345

The controls for the sauna are right outside the door

Fireplace

Our home has 1 working fireplaces with ceramic logs. They can be used between October and May. They are turned off during the summer. No need for any wood logs. Instructions for use:

  • Turn timer on the wall to the right of the fireplace and the flame should start. 

  • Fireplace is on a timer and will automatically shut off after the set time is completed

Outdoor Fire Pit

Our outdoor fire pit is wood burning. Please ensure all fires are completely out when unattended.
