Televisions

All TVs have Roku. You’ll need to sign into your own subscriptions to apps like Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, etc. to use them.

Grill

The outdoor grill has a timer valve that must be turned on for the propane to work. Its located under the grill. It acts as a timer and will turn off when the timer is complete.

Fireplace

Our home has 1 working fireplaces with ceramic logs. It can be used between October and May. They are turned off during the summer. No need for any wood logs. Instructions for use:

• Turn timer on the wall to the right of the fireplace and the flame should start. 

• Fireplace is on a timer and will automatically shut off after the set time is completed

Pool Dome

The pool dome can be retracted easily. There is a key that will unlock the door and the stakes that are locked into the pool deck. Each stake needs to be lifted for each section of the dome, and slowly pushed out. Two people are recommended to move the dome. Please close the dome when not in use.

Sauna

The code to the sauna room is 12345. You can use the timer on the wall outside of the sauna to turn on the heat. It will automatically go off when the timer is complete.
