Televisions

All TVs have Roku. You’ll need to sign into your own subscriptions to apps like Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, etc. to use them

Fireplace

Our home has 1 working fireplace with ceramic logs. It can be used between October and May. It is turned off during the summer. No need for any wood logs. Instructions for use:

• The switch on the front of the logs should be on Auto. 

• Turn timer on the wall to the right of the fireplace and the flame should start. 

• Fireplace is on a timer and will automatically shut off after the set time is completed.
  

Swim Spa

Our Swim Spa can act like a hot tub or a pool!

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN THE BROMINE FLOATER BE REMOVED FROM THE SPA. THIS IS CRUCIAL TO KEEPING THE WATER CLEAN, CLEAR AND BACTERIA FREE!

SCREEN CONTROL

• To unlock the screen, tap in each spot you are prompted, and it will take you to the home screen

•  Just tap the temperature button to increase or decrease the temperature

• In general it can take a bit for the temperature to change, so please adjust it well in advance of use 

JETS

• The button "Jet 1" operates the top jets and the fountain jet

• The button "Jet 2" operates the jets below water

LIGHTS

• you can change the color of the lights at night if you touch the button Light 1.
  

Outdoor Fire Pit

Our outdoor fire pit is propane and is very easy to turn on. Turn the knob to low and push the igniter button. Please make sur the fire is out when finished and do not leave fire on unattended.
