Televisions

All TVs have Roku. You’ll need to sign into your own subscriptions to apps like Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, etc. to use them

Fireplace

Our home has 1 working fireplace with ceramic logs. It can be used between October and May. It is turned off during the summer. No need for any wood logs. Instructions for use:

• Turn timer on the wall to the right of the fireplace and the flame should start. 

• Fireplace is on a timer and will automatically shut off after the set time is completed.
  

Grill

There is an outdoor gas grill available for your use. There’s a red valve timer you must turn on before turning on the grill.

Swim Spa

Our Swim Spa can act like a hot tub or a pool!

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN THE BROMINE FLOATER BE REMOVED FROM THE SPA. THIS IS CRUCIAL TO KEEPING THE WATER CLEAN, CLEAR AND BACTERIA FREE!

The spa has a touch screen that you can easily operate to turn jets and lights on and off.

Please put the cover on when not in use to avoid dirt and bugs/wildlife entering the spa.

Outdoor Fire Pit

Our outdoor fire pit is gas burning. There’s a red valve timer you must turn on before turning on the firepit. After turning on the red valve, push in and turn the knob on the side of the firepit, and push the ignite button.
