Televisions

All TVs have Roku. You’ll need to sign into your own subscriptions to apps like Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, etc. to use them

Fireplace

Our home has 3 working fireplaces with ceramic logs. They can be used between October and May. They are turned off during the summer. No need for any wood logs. Instructions for use:

• Turn timer on the wall to the right of the fireplace and the flame should start. 

• Fireplace is on a timer and will automatically shut off after the set time is completed.
  

Grill

There is an outdoor gas grill available for your use. There’s a red valve timer you must turn on before turning on the grill.

Outdoor Fire Pit

Our outdoor fire pit is wood burning. Please ensure all fires are completely out when unattended.

Hot Tub

Our team drains sanitizes, refills and shocks the hot tub for every reservation. Please note, the water can sometimes appear cloudy due to the minerals in the water. Rest assured that it is chemically balanced and ready for guests.

Please make sure the cover is properly put back on in between uses, and the cord is latched down in the area right by the hot tub stairs.
