POOL RULES AND OPERATION

1. We have posted pool rules on the fence near the pool for guests to review and adhere to during their stay.

2. Pool heating fees are below. Upon payment, we will schedule the heating. You DO NOT need to operate pool heating with the iPad. We will handle it for you. Please do not attempt to do so as it can affect overall pool and spa operation.

3. If you have opted in for pool heating, the pool will be heated to 85 degrees from 9AM-5PM. If you have paid for pool heating on check in day (at 4PM), the pool will be heated from 4PM-12AM.

4. POOL HEATING FEES

   We offer pool heating from October to May

   *October - December: $200 fee for first day, and $100 fee per day for additional days

   *January - February: $300 fee for first day, and $150 fee per day for additional days

   *March - May: $200 fee for first day, and $100 fee per day for additional days

   *48 hours notice needed for pool heating for your stay

   *Please note, the spa and pool CANNOT be heated at the same time.
