Before and After: Rancho Bella Vista

Who doesn’t love a good before and after? Today we are showcasing our beloved property in Morongo Valley. We like to think we saved and restored this property to its, not original per say, but new glory! When we toured this place we immediately saw its untapped potential. The views are phenomenal and the location is perfect, so we knew we had found a diamond in the rough. Except that that diamond was ROUGH. It needed a full makeover, head to toe. Not one wall was untouched. We redesigned the kitchen/living/dining area to accommodate larger groups, and put in a beautiful saltwater pool and spa. It was a huge undertaking for only being our 2nd property purchase, but we pushed and worked our tails off, and its now our top performing property in our portfolio. I won’t go into too much detail.
